Service Agreement

Reds Dumpsters will provide dumpster rental services to clients within 24 hours of booking. We also offer same-day rentals if needed but may require a phone call to confirm. We currently offer one, three, and seven day rentals. If you need additional day(s) on your rental please give Reds Dumpsters a call and we can add additional day(s) if availability allows.

Client’s Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring there is an area of where you would like your dumpster to be placed.
If there is damage to the dumpster at the time of pick up you will be responsible for all damages and will be invoiced for repairs.
Ensuring there are no obstacles when the driver arrives to drop off or pick up the dumpster.

Additional Charges

Each additional day is $40.00 per day. Additional weeks are tiered by dumpster size.
1. 10-yard dumpster is $175.00.
2. 15-yard dumpster is $200.00.
3. 20-yard dumpster is $225.00.
4. 30-yard dumpster is $250.00.
Each dumpster rental is provided with a certain amount of tonnage. If your waste load is over the allowed tonnage you will be charged an additional $75.00 for each ton you are over.
If Reds Dumpsters has to complete a dry run which is arriving on the job-site and not being able to drop off the dumpster or arrive and are unable to pick up the dumpster due to an obstruction you will be charged an additional fee $150.
If you cancel less than 24-hours from your rental date you will be charged half of a one day rental price. Price varies depending on the size of your dumpster rental.
If the dumpster requires a deep cleaning due to hazardous or restricted waste you will be charged a cleaning fee and that will be invoiced separately.
If you fill the dumpster over the maximum fill line and the driver is not able to safely secure the waste load you will be assessed a $150.00 charge for unsafe load.

Weight Allowance

For our 10-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 4,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds.
For our 15-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 5,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds.
For our 20-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 6,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds.
For our 30-yard dumpster the maximum weight allowed is 7,000 pounds. At no time should the weight with the dumpster and waste combined be over 10,000 pounds.

If the weight ever goes over the maximum allowed weight you will be charged an weight overage fee this is in addition to your tonnage fee.

Waste Material

Agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to only putting non-hazardous solid waste into our dumpsters. You will not put any liquid, hazardous waste, radioactive waste, sewage sludge, PSBs, Asbestos waste, medical waste, flammable waste, explosive waste, or prohibited materials. Prohibited Materials are listed out on Section 11514 of Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451 as Amended (NREPA).

Acknowledgement

Reds Dumpsters are not liable for any damage to an area that you have requested our dumpster to be placed in. We are not liable if misuse of our dumpsters result in damages. If any hazardous or prohibited waste is placed in our dumpster you are liable for any and all charges Reds Dumpsters incurs. Reds Dumpsters will send you an email the night prior to a drop-off and pick-up. You will also receive an email when we are on the way. A space needs to be cleared for the dumpster to be placed or picked up. If you are not prepared with a clear spot for the dumpster drop-off the driver will leave property and you will incur a dry run charge. Reds Dumpsters is not responsible for contacting property owners to ensure they approve of the dumpster drop off location. The driver will ensure they inspect the dumpster before and after the rental to ensure there is no damage to the dumpster.

Payment Information

Payment is required at the time of booking. When booking with Reds Dumpsters you are authorizing us to keep your payment method provided on file until the service is completed. Services are not considered completed until we have the tonnage verified, ensured there are no damages, and that you have not put any restricted items or waste in the dump load.
